Normally the equivalent to one months rent but it can be upto a maximum of 5 weeks rent (6 weeks rent on properties with rent more than £50,000 a year)

Are there any special arrangements for the gardens? Tenants would normally maintain
Do you have a current certificate? A gas safety certificate is mandatory if there is a gas supply to the property.
From the 1st July 2020 all rental properties must have a 5 yearly EICR electrical safety test before a tenancy is granted. Please indicate if you have an existing report that you can provide or if a new test and report is required. Costs through Millbrooke are: 1-2 bedrooms at £140.00 + VAT, 3-4 bedrooms at £165.00 = VAT, 5 + bedrooms at £175.00 + VAT.
