Social Video Tours
As part of our commitment to driving interest to your property, every new listing will have a quality video tour produced specifically for our social media outlets. The tour will comprise of a fully edited video with audio and titles that we will publish online as soon as terms of business are signed.
The early marketing enables us to drive enquiries in before your property hits the market and create a buzz around the listing that our followers will share and tag potential buyers in.
Stunning Videography
Turbo charge your rental listing with a unique and professional video tour. The tours are typically around 2 minutes long and include titles, transitions and background music. The tours are advertised on property listings on our website, property portals and are perfect for sharing on social media to boost interest and viewings.

They can feel the flow of the space, envisage how they will use the space and ensure thier furniture will fit as they intend.
Our photography is intentionally taken with a super wide angle lens to ensure we can show the entire space. But this can be misleading in terms of the scale of the room. The buyer can use the photographs together with the floor plan to build a cohesive and comprehensive vision of the property.

Property Maintenance
Looking after our landlords and tenants is our number one priority. At Millbrooke we have a dedicated maintenance management system in place to ensure all works are dealt with efficiently. Tenants on our fully managed service will have access to an account and dashboard where they can log any issues that they are having. Once reported, jobs will be assessed by a member of our team and will appear in your landlord portal as a job overview. From here you can monitor progress and updates including photos where provided.
We have an extensive database of trusted, competent, referenced and fully insured contractors on hand. However, there is no obligation to use our own contractors as we are happy to work with anyone you recommend as long as they are competent and fully insured.
