Fully Managed

Our most comprehensive service.
An initial letting fee at 50% of the agreed rental figure + VAT (capped at £495 + VAT) is payable from the first months rent upon move in.

A management fee equivalent to 10% + VAT is deducted from the monthly rent and is subject to a minimum fee of £60.00 + VAT.

Rent Collection

The step between packages. An initial letting fee equivalent to 75% of the agreed rental figure + VAT is payable from the first months rent upon move in.

A management fee equivalent to 8% + VAT is deducted from the monthly rent and is subject to a minimum fee of £50.00 + VAT.

Let Only

For the experienced landlord. An initial letting fee equivalent to 75% of the agreed rental figure + VAT is payable from the first months rent upon move in. There are no monthly management fees on this service.

The tours are advertised on property listings on our website, property portals and are perfect for sharing on social media to boost interest and viewings.

Please note: This is an optional service and has an additional charge for properties with an annual rent of less than £15’000.00.

Our photography is intentionally taken with a super wide angle lens to ensure we can show the entire space. But this can be misleading in terms of the scale of the room. The buyer can use the photographs together with the floor plan to build a cohesive and comprehensive vision of the property.

Property Maintenance

We've Got It All Wrapped Up

Looking after our landlords and tenants is our number one priority. At Millbrooke we have a dedicated maintenance management system in place to ensure all works are dealt with efficiently. Tenants on our fully managed service will have access to an account and dashboard where they can log any issues that they are having. Once reported, jobs will be assessed by a member of our team and will appear in your landlord portal as a job overview. From here you can monitor progress and updates including photos where provided.

We have an extensive database of trusted, competent, referenced and fully insured contractors on hand. However, there is no obligation to use our own contractors as we are happy to work with anyone you recommend as long as they are competent and fully insured.
