We love Karen for many reasons but the main ones are her ability to really listen and care. She’s professional and honest and will always take the time to listen and understand someone’s needs. We must say, at the risk of embarrassing her slightly she always looks immaculate and well presented. She is business minded coming from a business background and understands how important customers are to us. She enjoys travel and recently visited the very beautiful Croatia. She’s lived locally for many years and has great knowledge of all the local areas.
