Monthly Rental Figure *

Please advise on the rental price you/we have agreed to re-market at.

Tenancy Deposit *

Normally the equivalent to one months rent but it can be upto a maximum of 5 weeks rent (6 weeks rent on properties with rent more than £50,000 a year)

Tenancy Deposit Scheme *

Initial Tenancy Length *

Available Date *

Please advise the date the property is available to occupy from starting with the month, then date, then year. As a general rule of thumb, we would advise that you allow around one week after your current tenants vacate. This is incase any remedial works/cleaning is required.

Whats Included *

Please list all appliances and furnishings that will be included in the letting. Please also advise if any of the items will be on a non-maintained basis.

Tenant Types *

Are you considering DSS tenants? (DSS are tenants in receipt of some form of benefit such as housing benefit, income support, tax credits, disability living allowance, carers allowance, etc. All DSS tenants are required to have an acceptable guarantor in place)

Pets *

Are you considering accepting pets? Whenever accepting pets we always insist that a pet clause is signed which sets out rules the tenant(s) must abide by. You may also wish to ask for a slightly higher tenancy deposit (upto a maximum of 5 weeks rent)

Additional Clauses *

If you would like any additional clauses inserting into the tenancy agreement, then please advise here. Depending on the legalities we may need to discuss this with you further. Please write "NONE" if N/A.
