Daryl is our enthusiastic perfectionist who strives to get everything ‘just right’ in the business.
His attention to detail is known throughout our team along with his ability to create and produce marketing to an exceptionally professional standard.
Daryl’s background initially came from retail management before he transitioned into the property industry. With over 13 years experience he is a great asset to the business. The relationship he builds with clients has kept reoccurring business alive and kicking since the first day we opened. He is a lover of all things property, DIY and a keen golfer.
You will usually find Claire at her desk getting excited over new business ideas with a cappuccino in hand. Property and business are her main passions. She’s a keen equestrian who enjoys Yoga and also has a love for travel.
Claire had the initial brainstorm for Millbrooke back in 2008 whilst working in a number of estate agencies and becoming concerned. Her worries were the lack of care and due diligence she witnessed in both corporate and independent agents.
She set out on a mission teaming up with business partner Daryl to create the Millbrooke brand. She wanted to offer something reliable and refreshing in a sometimes untrustworthy industry. With over 16 years’ experience there is not much she hasn’t seen.

Jade is our fantastic Company Manager who’s been at Millbrooke for over 4 and a half years. She’s known for her professionalism and care whilst keeping everything running smoothly. She’s successfully gained her Level 2 and Level 3 Diploma in Residential Property Management and prior to this, Jade graduated from university with a degree in Journalism. Jade is MARLA accredited and a professional member of Property Mark. She’s undertaken various accredited courses and training to maintain this.
She looks after our team whilst working closely with both directors helping make executive decisions. She’s a number one hit with all our clients who cannot say enough great feedback of her!

Holly came to us with 9 years experience in the industry already under both corporate and independent agents. She’s worked in both Sales and Lettings from the city centre to local branches. We love having her on our team with her expertise and knowledge, she’s become a crucial part of Millbrooke.
We’d say Holly is a solution solver and looks outside the box to make sure things run smoothly. Holly has undertaken further professional training and completed accredited Property Mark courses whilst at Millbrooke with great success.

Karen or Karen E as she is sometimes affectionately referred to, actually came to us after we had the pleasure of working with her through one of our contractors a few years back. She worked for a well known appliance company for several years and built up a great repour with our directors working business to business. We felt her service and experience would be perfect to handle our maintenance and compliance department, to which she looks after and takes charge of here at Millbrooke. She really looks out for her clients and ensures their properties are cared for, as she would her own. Karen has undertaken various accredited Property Mark courses whilst at Millbrooke.

We love Karen for many reasons but the main ones are her ability to really listen and care. She’s professional and honest whilst always taking the time to understand someone’s needs. She’s naturally business minded coming from a business background and understands how important clients are to us. She enjoys travel and has visited many beautiful places around the world.
She has great knowledge of all the local areas having lived locally herself for many years.
Megan is the buzz of the office and team. Raised in Boothstown with a good local knowledge, you can’t help but feel uplifted just being around Meg. She is both field and office based and comes from a business equestrian background. She’s travelled the world and back and lives to tell some amazing tales of the different remote countries she’s lived in. Meg is a huge part of the company who truly thinks on her feet and has incredible business acumen. She is a natural and sees the positives in every property she visits. She prides herself matching the right people with the right homes. A credit to our team, we love having her with us just as much as our clients do.
